The traditional epiphany ring-shaped cake, with it's small gift and broad bean somewhere inside, is a traditional joy for both young and old on this special occasion.
Cultural Week
Cultural Week falls halfway through this month and we celebrate it with book-shaped sponges and creamy nut filling, encased within front and back covers made from chocolate. Alcorisa landscapes adorn these covers.
