CALENDAR OF SPECIALITIES
Its very useful to remember the excellent products and the season specialities that we can taste in the diferent seasons of the year.
12th: Nuestra Señora del Pilar
Patron saint of Columbus Day and of Aragon. The saint's tablecloth adorns our tables on feast day, which is shared by women called Pili and Pilar alike.
30th and 31st: Day of Abstinence
Huesos de santo and panellets de mazapán (pine kernels / chocolate / vanilla / cocoa /...) will only be available in our shop on these two dates.
