Women's day. We mark this day with tetas de Santa Águeda, made with meringue, cream, truffles, crème brulée or coffee.

Carnival
Masks and fancy dress are the order of the day during carnival. We commemorate this late-February festival by making a variety of different-flavoured cakes in the shape of masks and masques.
